The 1st 8 games are in the books and whew, the Big 10 will have at least 1 team into the 2nd round.  Congratulations to the Northwestern Wildcats on their 1st victory ever in the Big Dance!!!!!

True but hey, it is all about "SURVIVE AND ADVANCE" and the Wildcats did just that!!

Middle Tennessee State delivered the only bonus points to date, and really, was that an upset?  Anyone know what the Vegas line was on that game as I am guessing it was close if not in MTS's favor.  In any event, that was a nice 7 pointer as the 5s took the 12s 2-1 today.

13 entries have gone 8 for 8, including the dual entry of a pair of Toilet Bowl Champions and ex-Budapest expat gals with AA (yes - quite a while ago).  Kudos Maloney & Genty!!!

I am off to bed now and will try and get the turbo tourney to update the standings while I am asleep - but it never seems to work - so do not count on it.
